Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-20 business days

Please note that these estimates do not include processing time.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Kev's Auto Repair is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
